Support That Meets You Where You Are

Personalized, compassionate support for individuals, couples, and families, designed to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

I offer psychotherapy for adults, youth, couples, and families, supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

Areas of focus include anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, maternal mental health, relationship challenges, and child and youth concerns. I also support individuals and families navigating neurodivergence, emotional regulation, grief, and major life transitions.

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, I am passionate about supporting women's mental health, most notably- mother's and couples seeking reconnection and to develop healthier relational patterns.

For children and youth, I provide developmentally appropriate support while often incorporating family involvement to foster understanding, connection, and practical strategies to utilize at home. Coordinating with the school for support is often helpful as well.

My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
