I offer psychotherapy for adults, youth, couples, and families, supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

Areas of focus include anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, maternal mental health, relationship challenges, and child and youth concerns. I also support individuals navigating neurodivergence, emotional regulation, grief, and major life transitions.

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, I am particularly passionate about supporting perinatal and postpartum mental health. I also work with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and develop healthier relational patterns.

For children and youth, I provide developmentally appropriate support while often incorporating family involvement to foster understanding, connection, and practical strategies at home.

My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
